The advocates listed below have registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal areas:
a. Frank van Ardenne is registered for criminal law (financial and economic criminal law, tax criminal law, international criminal law, environmental criminal law and military criminal law);
b. Robert Crince le Roy is registered for administrative law (administrative litigation, European law, law enforcement and subsidy law);
c. Remko Wijling is registered for administrative law (administrative litigation, European law, law enforcement and subsidy law) and environmental law as well as social security law;
d. Laura Hinrichs is registered for criminal law (financial and economic criminal law, tax criminal law and environmental criminal law) and administrative law (law enforcement);
e. Olga de Vries is registered for administrative law (administrative litigation and law enforcement) and environmental law.
Based on this registration, they are required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
